  1. Good, but needs an errata sheet A good book for beginners, but some recipe errors with no errata sheet included. Specifically, the three recipes on page 120 titled “Butters” are identical to each other and same as the Emu Oil recipe on page 122.The next edition of this book could be strengthened by adding two new sections: (1) An introductory section on the best practices for harvesting and processing beeswax cappings, since the book is oriented towards beekeepers.
